Chat/Voice Bots
A chatbot is an artificial intelligence that can simulate a conversation using natural language via messaging services (WhatsApp, Messenger, Slack, Skype, etc.) or web and mobile applications. Voice bots are similar to chatbots because they both use artificial intelligence to simulate a conversation using natural language. The difference comes from the fact that it uses voice via phone or an app.
